The Government of Canada is looking to establish Supply Arrangements (SAs) for procuring Critical Incident Vehicles (CIVs) with specific Cab Chassis configurations for the RCMP. Suppliers meeting technical criteria and offering all required configurations may be awarded SAs. Suppliers are encouraged to include an Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) in their proposals. SAs are non-binding agreements allowing departments to solicit bids from pre-qualified suppliers for specific needs. The purpose is to streamline the bidding process and facilitate the creation of legally binding contracts for goods and services.
