Canada is seeking offers for a Software Licensing Supply Arrangement (SLSA) to procure off-the-shelf software licenses and related maintenance and support services. The SLSA will not cover IT professional services, hardware, appliance solutions, hosted solutions, or cloud-based services. The resulting supply arrangements are non-binding agreements to facilitate the procurement process, with contracts only established upon award.
