Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for the Cyber Security Procurement Vehicle (CSPV)

This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is part of the Cyber Security Procurement Vehicle (CSPV) initiated by Shared Services Canada (SSC) for the Government of Canada. Suppliers must pre-qualify in Phases 1 and 2 to become "Qualified Respondents" for later phases. Only Qualified Respondents can bid on subsequent solicitations. The ITQ is not a solicitation for bids or tenders, and no contracts will be awarded during this phase. Suppliers must use the SSC P2P portal for submissions. The submission deadline is August 28, 2025, 2:00 PM EST.
