Shared Services Canada is seeking a Progress software license for the Canada Border Services Agency in Ottawa, Ontario. Bidders must comply with all solicitation requirements, submit pricing as per Annex A, and use the P2P system for electronic bids. The bid with the lowest price meeting all criteria will be recommended for contract award. Hard copy and faxed bids are not accepted, and negotiations may occur.
