Shared Services Canada (SSC) seeks Local Internet Access Services (LIAS) for federal government sites nationwide. The tender invites Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to prequalify for Supply Arrangements (SAs) to streamline LIAS procurement. The goal is to establish a list of qualified ISPs for future LIAS competitions, standardize contracts, improve efficiency, manage legacy connections, and establish new LIAS connections. This Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) aims to pre-qualify suppliers meeting SSC criteria, with no obligation to award contracts. Vendors must register on SSC's Procure to Pay (P2P) Portal to participate.
