The tender is an ongoing request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA) for Printing Services under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. New suppliers can submit arrangements to potentially become Supply Arrangement Holders. The services required include various printing methods and products like business cards, bound publications, and security printing. The Supply Arrangements will be divided into five streams based on quantity and specialization. Suppliers must meet technical criteria and can use the epost Connect service for electronic submission. The Crown may negotiate with suppliers, and documents can be submitted in either official language of Canada.
