DFATD seeks to establish a procurement process for supplying and delivering vehicles and related services to Canadian diplomatic missions and offices worldwide, excluding Canada. This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is the initial phase, aiming to pre-qualify suppliers who can then bid on future solicitations. The ITQ phase does not guarantee a contract, and Canada reserves the right to cancel requirements at any stage. Respondents must submit documents in English or French for consideration.
