Defence Construction Canada has issued an advance notice in Cold Lake, Alberta for design and construction of a new Snow and Ice Control/Heavy Equipment facility at 4 Wing Cold Lake. The modified design-build project covers a large purpose-built building, site works, utility upgrades, secure airfield access, and net-zero carbon requirements. Estimated value is about CAD 110 million and security clearance will be required.
