PAB Tank 1 Upgrade and Recoating

Marine Atlantic needs a contractor to upgrade and recoate Tank 1 at the Port aux Basques ferry terminal. The work includes surface preparation, protective coating application on tank components, removing and replacing the asphalt apron around the tank, grading and compacting the base, installing new asphalt, and sealing the tank chime. This is a specialized civil/coating job to protect critical fuel/storage infrastructure.
