Construct a new high-speed refueling center and underground fuel delivery pipeline at CFB Comox, including extension of an existing pumphouse at the POL tank farm. The scope also includes asphalt and concrete removal/replacement, contaminated soil and water handling, and related civil works. This is a major defence infrastructure project with security and schedule requirements.
