Design-build teams are sought to design and construct multi-unit residential housing for Canadian Forces in Gagetown, Greenwood, and Halifax/Shearwater. Three separate contracts will deliver new military housing at major Atlantic bases. The work requires full architecture, engineering, project management, and construction capability for large-scale housing development.
