DCC is seeking contractors interested in a major renovation of the M209 dormitory at CFB Borden. The project covers full building recap work, including electrical and mechanical upgrades, new roofing, interior finishes, partitions, millwork, sprinkler modifications, and laundry reconfiguration. This is a two-step process, with qualified contractors invited to the tender phase. The work is sizable, around $10.5M, and includes an Indigenous Benefits Plan requirement.
