Defence Construction Canada is seeking general contractors for a new three-storey accommodations building at 19 Wing Comox. The project includes site preparation, utilities, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural work to deliver a fully completed residential building. This is a two-stage competition with Indigenous participation requirements and an estimated value of about $19M.
