Perform major structural and systems repairs on eight Chateau Prestige HEP1 rail cars to extend fleet life and improve reliability. The work includes repairs and obsolescence fixes for electrical systems, interiors, carbody structure, and other critical components under the HEP Repair Program. The contractor is expected to carry out full production-level refurbishment to keep the fleet operational.
