The Federal Government of Canada is preparing for a $55M New Minor Capital Accommodations Project at 22 Wing, CFB North Bay, involving the design and construction of two four-storey accommodation buildings with 224 bed spaces. This project will also include necessary upgrades to existing infrastructure and utility services, delivered through a Modified Design-Build model.
