BDC seeks proposals from suppliers for specialized graphic design services, intending to establish service agreements with 2 to 3 firms. The contract will last six years with two optional one-year renewals. Services are divided into three lots: regular graphic design, supplementary graphic design, and annual report/business plan design. Bidders may be awarded one or two lots.
