RFAP for Threat Risk Assessment Consultant Services

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) seeks consulting firms to establish a Source List for "as and when required" professional services, including Threat Risk Assessment and Security Design Briefs, across Canada. The contract will last two years, valued at up to $6 million, with potential extensions and a total maximum value of $12 million over five years. Firms must hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the SECRET level. Proposals are to be submitted via the MERX Electronic Bidding System.
