Defence Construction Canada (DCC) seeks consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer for "as and when required" professional services, including Threat Risk Assessment, Security Design Brief, and Security guidance in Nunavut. Bidding is restricted to qualified Inuit Firms registered with the Inuit Firm Registry. The Standing Offer will last two years, valued at up to $1,000,000, with potential extensions and a total maximum value of $2,500,000. A valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) of SECRET level is required.
