RFP: IPD – Arctic Over The Horizon Radar Infrastructure

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) seeks proposals from integrated teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to design and construct the Arctic Over The Horizon Radar (A-OTHR) Infrastructure at multiple locations in central Ontario using an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach. The project budget is estimated between $3 billion and $5 billion. Bidders must hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the SECRET level.
