The tender is for the fabrication and delivery of four transportable, intrusion-resistant, and sound-attenuated hardened structures for secure operations and discussions. The structures must integrate critical interior workspace infrastructure and meet specific security requirements. Contractors must hold or obtain Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the Secret level. The Department of National Defence (DND) may initiate the solicitation in Summer/Fall 2025. Interested parties should begin the security clearance application process through Defence Construction Canada's (DCC) Industrial Security Program (ISP).
