Open Construction Source List for Northern Canada

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking contractors and suppliers to join an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for various construction projects in Northern Canada for Fiscal Years 2023-2026. Interested parties must apply by January 30, 2023, indicating their preferred language. The OCSL will be used for projects valued at $10 million and below, with invitations to bid sent electronically. DCC may establish other source lists, set aside tenders for Indigenous businesses, and require security clearances.
