Open Construction Source List for CFB Kingston

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking contractors and suppliers to join an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for various construction projects at CFB Kingston and satellite sites. Interested parties must apply by January 23, 2023, indicating their preferred language. The OCSL will be used for tenders under $10 million and contractors must have an active MERX account. DCC may establish other source lists, set aside tenders for Indigenous businesses, and impose security requirements. Contracts awarded will be subject to performance evaluations and DCC's Procurement Code of Conduct.
