Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking contractors and suppliers to join an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for various construction projects at 5 Wing Goose Bay and its satellite sites in Newfoundland and Labrador over three fiscal years. Interested parties must apply by January 15, 2023, indicating their preferred language. The OCSL will be used for tenders under $10 million, with invitations sent electronically through MERX.
