Open Construction Source List for CDSB Gagetown and P.E.I.

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking contractors and suppliers to join an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for various construction projects at CDSB Gagetown and other sites in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island for fiscal years 2023-2026. Interested parties must apply by January 15, 2023, and indicate their preferred language. The OCSL will be used for construction tenders valued at $10 million and below, with electronic bidding through MERX. DCC may establish additional source lists, set aside tenders for Indigenous businesses, and impose security requirements. Performance standards, procurement code of conduct, and security clearances are mandatory.
