Repair the historic grain elevator at the Western Development Museum’s North Battleford Heritage Village. Work includes removing deteriorated siding and trim, repairing hidden structural damage, installing new clapboard siding, flashing, weatherproofing, and applying a solid color stain. The contractor must also manage public safety, containment, access equipment, and cleanup while the site remains open.
