Design and build a new fire storage garage for the Village of Young and RM of Morris No. 312. The project requires a 60 x 40 ft steel or modular building with 18 ft clear height, three apparatus bays, a water fill station, firefighter storage and washroom/decontamination areas, and possible mezzanine space. This is a full design-build opportunity for an operational emergency services facility.
