Town of Birch Hills - Sewage Lagoon Expansion

The Town of Birch Hills is seeking contractors for the expansion of its sewage treatment lagoon. This project involves constructing a new clay-lined primary lagoon cell, converting the existing primary cell into a secondary holding cell, and extending the forcemain by approximately 400 meters. Additionally, new transfer structures and piping will be installed, requiring the movement of about 75,000 cubic meters of material. The project also includes the removal of the existing perimeter fence and installation of approximately 700 meters of new fencing. This expansion is crucial for enhancing the town's sewage treatment capacity and ensuring environmental compliance.
