The Town of Balgonie needs a consultant to lead a full strategic planning process for the next 10–15 years. Work includes facilitating workshops with council, staff, and residents; gathering community input through surveys, focus groups, and interviews; analyzing results against the Official Community Plan; and producing a clear strategic plan with vision, mission, values, priorities, and core services. The consultant must also deliver raw and summary data and support communication of the final plan to stakeholders.
