SaskTel is seeking a contractor to complete tenant improvements and retail outfitting for its existing Harbour Landing store in Regina. The work includes all labour, materials, and services for architectural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades, plus coordination and installation of SaskTel-supplied equipment. This is a fit-out project for an active retail space, so bidders need experience delivering commercial interior renovations and managing multiple trades. A current COR or SECOR safety certification is required.
