Saskatchewan Housing Corporation is seeking a contractor to design and build a new two-storey semi-detached residential building at 204 Cressy Drive in Denare Beach, including crawlspace foundations and site works. Each unit is capped at 1,050 sq. ft. This project is an opportunity for builders with residential new-construction experience to deliver much-needed housing in northern Saskatchewan, combining design, construction, and site development in one contract.
