Remove and crush an existing gravel shelf along a rural roadway to fix unsafe slope conditions. Work includes excavation, gravel processing with a jaw crusher, stockpiling or ownership transfer depending on bid model, roadway grading/restoration, slope stabilization, and traffic accommodation. Contractor must leave the road safe and passable by November 30, 2026.
