Road stabilization and seal coat work on Tower Road and Inland Drive, covering 4.58 km. Contractor must rip the road surface, install soil stabilizer into an 8-inch subgrade, re-lay and compact material to full density, test moisture and density, and apply a granular seal coat. Owner supplies gravel. The project improves road base strength and long-term surface performance.
