Road rehabilitation work on 3.27 km of Pasqua St N and Twp Rd 184. Contractor must rip the existing road, mix in soil stabilizer to an 8-inch subgrade, re-lay and compact material to full density, perform moisture/density testing, and apply a granular seal coat. Owner supplies the gravel. This is a road surface strengthening and dust-control project for rural roadway durability.
