Downtown Water and Storm Trunk Preservation

The City of Saskatoon is seeking a contractor to complete downtown water and storm infrastructure renewal over two construction seasons. Work includes installing about 2,180 metres of CIPP liner in water mains, replacing about 1,000 metres of PVC water main by open trench, installing about 900 metres of storm trunk sewer with manhole and outfall structures, and resurfacing 12 city blocks of asphalt. This project supports reliable water service, improved storm drainage, and roadway restoration, with completion required by October 29, 2027.
