Cybera is seeking a vendor-supported, commercial AI chatbot platform for K–12, post-secondary, and municipal members. The solution must be configurable, scalable, secure, and ready to deploy across web, mobile, SMS, Microsoft Teams, social channels, and voice. It should use generative AI to deliver accurate, real-time responses and help users complete common requests, report issues, and connect to back-end systems with minimal manual effort. Bidders must be able to implement, support, and customize the platform for multiple organizations.
