South East Cornerstone Public School Division (SEC) and the Government ofSaskatchewan (GOS) are proceeding with development of the New Carlyle School (the “Project”). SEC and the GOS, hereby referred to as the “Owner”, are soliciting written responses (the “Proposal”) through this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) from qualified firms (the “Proponent”) to provide general contracting services for the Project.
