INTRODUCTIONSaskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform replacement of existing electrical distribution equipment and construction of a new electrical room in the C wing building of St. Paul’s Hospital. Installation of a split air conditioning unit to new electrical room as described in the Contract Documents.SITE MEETINGA mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for December 3, 2025 at 1:00 pm Sask time at the ave. R entrance of St.Pauls Hospital. All Bidders are required to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders areresponsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids. Optional - Pre-register for site meeting via email to Diana Switzer (email: Diana.Switzer@saskhealthauthority.ca) one day prior to site meeting.SCHEDULESHA requires substantial performance of the work set out in the Contract Documents on or before March 19, 2027. Each Bidder, in submitting a Bid, agrees to perform the work so as to achieve substantial performance of the work on or before such date.
