Saskatchewan Highways is seeking a contractor to supply and install culverts at five locations on Highway 16 between Foam Lake and Elfros. The work includes large-diameter culvert installations using boring and sleeving methods, plus random riprap for slope/erosion protection. This is a heavy civil roadworks project requiring specialized excavation/boring capability, pipe installation, and site restoration. Successful completion will improve drainage, protect the highway embankment, and maintain long-term roadway performance. Completion is required by November 30, 2026.
