Reconstruct and resurface 25.72 km of Highway 13 between Hwy 6 and west of Ogema Access Road, including access roads to Pangman and Ogema. Work includes placing about 74,100 tonnes of asphalt concrete, installing 279 m of culvert by tunneling/boring, and related surfacing structure work. Contractors need heavy highway paving, culvert, and earthworks capabilities to deliver a completed rural corridor upgrade by November 30, 2026.
