The RM of North Qu’Appelle needs a contractor to crush road gravel and chip seal aggregate at municipal pit sites. Work includes full pit setup, stripping, crushing, screening, handling all labour/equipment, and delivering finished aggregate that meets Ministry of Highways specs 4210 and 4300 Type 106 with no oversized material. The contractor must also manage permitting, environmental controls, and site reclamation, making this a complete pit operations and aggregate production job.
