Nicholson Road Watermain Lining

The City of Estevan is seeking a contractor to rehabilitate about 850–1,000 metres of 8-inch cast iron watermain on Nicholson Road using trenchless lining. Work includes cleaning and inspecting the pipe, installing a potable-water structural liner, robotic reinstatement of service connections, replacing valves and tees, and carrying out temporary water servicing, traffic control, selective excavation, testing, and disinfection. The project will extend asset life, improve water reliability, and reduce surface disruption for residents and businesses.
