Equipment Lab Build Out (1825 Lorne St)

SaskTel is seeking a contractor to fit out a 6,000 sq. ft. space at 1825 Lorne Street in Regina as an equipment lab. The work includes installing a structural ceiling grid, integrating owner-supplied electrical gear and lighting, and building out a chilled-water cooling system with six CRAH units, roof-mounted chillers, pumps, piping, and controls. This is important infrastructure work to create a controlled environment for equipment testing and operations. Bidders must hold current COR or SECOR safety certification and attend the mandatory site walk-through.
