City of Martensville’s Phase 1 Centennial Drive North upgrade will convert part of the road from a rural to an urban street. The contract covers road excavation, milling, base reconstruction, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks, accessibility ramps, pavement markings, storm sewer installation, force main relocation, and culvert removal. This is a full civil works package aimed at improving drainage, roadway capacity, and urban street safety and accessibility, creating a strong opportunity for roadbuilders, concrete contractors, and underground utility crews.
