Perform roof-wall interface repairs at a school gymnasium, including selective limestone masonry removal, air barrier modifications, new through-wall flashing, and restoration of adjacent roofing systems. Work must integrate with existing modified bitumen and ballasted EPDM roofs and cover about 170 linear feet of flashing. This is a specialized building envelope project to stop water infiltration and protect the roof and wall assemblies.
