Centennial Civic Centre Demolition and Site Reclamation

The City of Lloydminster needs a contractor to demolish and reclaim the former Centennial Civic Centre site. The scope includes hazardous material abatement, dismantling and removal of the building structure, foundations, utilities, ice plant components, exterior surfaces, site furniture, and related infrastructure, followed by grading and backfilling. This work will clear the site for future redevelopment and eliminate safety and maintenance liabilities.
