The RM of Monet No. 257 is seeking a contractor to expand and renovate the Elrose-Monet Fire Hall. Work includes new west office/training and east garage additions, demolition and reconfiguration of the existing office area, new bathroom and storage spaces, locker replacement, full exterior cladding and roofing replacement, and site grading. Mechanical and electrical scope covers commercial-code HVAC, heating, air conditioning, and power for the additions and existing garage. This is a key public-safety facility upgrade, so bidders need experience with institutional construction, design-build coordination, and phased renovation work.
