The City of Lloydminster is seeking a contractor to rehabilitate an existing water treatment plant clarifier while the plant remains fully operational. Work includes removing and reinstalling the clarifier drive mechanism, installing settling tubes, replacing sludge blowdown pumps and related piping/valves, demolishing and replacing cathodic protection, repairing and recoating concrete, assessing and recoating interior metal components, and completing associated electrical, controls, and painting work. This is a specialized mechanical, civil, and electrical retrofit that supports reliable plant performance and water treatment continuity.
