Elbow POWSS-Water Reservoir Expansion

SaskWater is seeking a contractor to expand potable water storage at the Elbow WTP by installing a new above-ground 1,000 m³ storage tank. The work includes tank foundation, underground and building tie-ins, a dedicated distribution pumping system, a backup generator at the raw water pumphouse, and integration of SaskWater-supplied controls and instrumentation. The project will more than double storage capacity to better handle seasonal demand spikes and improve system reliability.
