The work includes removing all debris, materials, concrete, and any remaining foundation or basement structure, hauling demolition waste to an approved landfill, backfilling the void with dirt/clay, compacting it, and grading the lot to finish. The bid must include landfill fees. This is a complete demolition and site restoration job.
