Supply, install, and commission about four solar-powered LED park light systems for J.B. Cadotte Campground. Work includes poles, foundations, panels, batteries, controllers, fixtures, testing, and site restoration. The contractor must provide CSA-approved, corrosion-resistant equipment suited to Saskatchewan winters, with low-glare, dusk-to-dawn lighting, 4–6 m poles, and at least five days of battery autonomy. The project is intended to improve campground safety, visibility, and usability with energy-efficient lighting.
